Awesome experience at Pender Auto Body with my Mazda CX-5. Very thorough and detail oriented, every interaction I had was warm, friendly and professional. Their loaner cars are in excellent condition and well maintained (loaded with safety features as well!). Every estimate I was given was accurate; from ordering parts, to completing the job. My car looked brand new! I was very impressed with the quality of work. The next time I require body work to one of my vehicles, I will only go to Pender Auto Body Ltd. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.

Brought my car for an estimate and this is the only body shop that does not push you to fix the car through an insurance claim, as I prefer to pay out of pocket. Hung and Rina are friendly, professional, communicative, and very pleasant to deal with. Inspection was done diligently and the car looked brand new after repair. More importantly, they will try to save you money if possible. I would recommend people to come here as this is currently my go-to shop for auto body repair.

Got my scratch fixed at this auto body repair from a claim. I am very happy with the result as my fender looks like it’s new again. But the main reason for 5 stars is because Hung and Rina were very accommodating and made sure I got the most out of my benefit claim. Aside from that, whenever I was confused and had concerns, Rina answered all my questions in a very polite, patient and professional manner.
